Michael W. Jackson

Helping clients, solving problems

Conflicts within families are always difficult. At the law firm of Michael W. Jackson, I help clients whose family conflicts involve legal problems. Of all the areas I could practice, family law and probate litigation are among the most personal and contentious. Nevertheless, after 23 years of practice, I have the knowledge and experience that my clients need in order to work their way through their crisis and get on with their lives. My office is conveniently located near the Medical Center. If you face legal difficulties within your family, contact me, Michael Jackson, to consult an experienced family law and probate lawyer.

Areas of Practice

I provide representation in cases involving:

Rebuilding your Family

To further my clients' interests, I do not only concern myself with winning in the short term. I also consider the effect of a court case on the months and years ahead. A divorce or will contest may be over in less than a year, but you will still have family in common after it is over.

This holds especially true in child custody cases. Even in the courtroom, I avoid overly aggressive tactics because I do not want to damage your relationship. Although you are no longer husband and wife, you are still a mother and father. I will zealously protect your parental and property interests, making sure the court hears your side of the case. There is no good reason to personally and needlessly attack your child's other parent, but if the other side tries that tactic on you, I will fight back aggressively.
